Interactive Art Installation: Insyde by Airside
To create this interactive art installation Flash/Director and probably some image manipulation programmes have been used. It would have taken a long time to make with a team of people working on it. Almost everything in every scene is made up of quarter circles giving it its own visual theme throughout. The bright colours of the scenery and characters contrast nicely with the black background. A new character appears in the dark woodland scenery its cute quarter circle shapes and bright colours create and exciting and thrilling atmosphere and also looks like it is glowing. The scenery and characters look 2D throughout but sometimes it is given depth as images get closer and further away and run through the trees. The images are very flat and smooth and there is always a very calm and aesthetically pleasing background.
